Welcome
A dear friend shared with me that swifts can fly for months without touching the ground. At dawn and dusk they go up high into the sky. For a long time, it was thought they were just resting, but recent research found that they are also rising into a magnetic atmosphere that allows them to realign with the constellation of the stars, resetting their internal compass to know where they are going, coming home to themselves. Isn’t this a beautiful concept?
What would it be like to create time for yourself to come out of the busyness for a couple of days, inviting your whole system to rest back and be held in the beautiful Wicklow landscape. To welcome to the parts of yourself that may feel exiled in all the attention we give to the to-do-list. Perhaps like the swifts, hearing the whispers of your internal compass? Answering a call to come home to yourself. Resting, resetting, nurturing your system and strengthening your connection to your resources, coming home to yourself in life’s challenges and transitions.
Together, we will co-create a sacred space, weaving together Celtic wisdom, neuroscience and somatic movement to nourish and renew.

ABOUT THE RETREAT
choice will be at the heart of this retreat. There will be various offerings of gentle movement, reflection, connecting with Celtic wisdom. And if you feel a pull to do something else or sleep/rest -the invitation is to follow that wisdom. Your system knows best what you will most benefit from. The whole weekend is an invitation.
What is the offering?
Our systems tend to like context. Below is some context in the form of a ‘forecast’ of what the weekend will look like. Like the weather, it can change, this is intended to give you a sense to connect in and see if it resonates with you. Things may naturally flow differently in our co-creation as a small group.
Arrive FRIDAY 6TH mARCH from 3.00 -
Welcome and settling in (scones, Gluten free snacks, teas, coffees available)
6.30 pm: WHOLESOME VEGETARIAN DINNER
8.30 pm- 9.30 pm Gentle relaxation and movement to help the bodies TO ARRIVE AND unwind
sATURDAY 22nd April For the early risers- there will be coffee/breakfast (porridge, fruit, yogurt, smoked salmon, various breads) available to help yourself to anytime you want it).
8.30 -9.30 am Gentle movement -qi gong and very gentle yoga to come into the day
9.30 -10.30 am Breakfast break
10.30- 11.30 pm – Exploring a resourcing Celtic ritual Free
11.30 pm- 1.30 pm time/rest/reflect/walk in nature/Sea swim
1.30 pm Lunch of soup /sourdough bread/ salads/quiche/–
3pm- 5.30 Afternoon exploration and guided imagery journey
5.30 pm pm Time to reflect, integrate, rest
6.30 PM Dinner Vegetable Curry/Dahl/salads/

8.30 AM qi gong and very gentle yoga to come into the day
