The more people are committed to their work and thriving to do their best the more they let go of what nurtures them and the less they have to give.
This paradox is often characterised by people feeling overwhelmed by a never ending to do list of tasks which leaves little time for strategic thinking. People often say that they feel the need to constantly available and it is hard to switch off from work.
I work with individually, teams and organisations to crack this performance paradox to create workplace cultures where people can expand their capacity, increasing their impact, focus and effectiveness without sacrificing their wellbeing. I work with people to create work place rhythms and waves of activity and renewal.
One-to-one coaching provides a trusted, safe environment in which senior people can take time out of the “day-to day” to focus their thinking and formulate strategies. Coaching is confidential and is often favoured over workshops by senior managers as it can work around their schedule with early morning sessions etc. Coaching has been consistently shown to be very successful in supporting personal behavioural change.
