My approach is ahead of the wellness game, with a fresh approach built on the most up to date scientific thinking, global best practice and technology.

We will be integrating movement and theory so participants can physically experience how to renew energy, making the material very engaging and also increasing the level of information retained when ‘back at the office’.

For example, we will invite people to move into an easy posture which demonstrates how much stronger we are when we are balanced and well supported.

Kerry is both qualified yoga teacher and somatic coach; she will integrate gentle movements (suitable for all populations) which she has designed for people to use at their desk to be able to intermittently renew their energy and improve their thinking.
